Digitalization of banking services and methodology for building and functioning of Fintech companies
In the world of banking services, some sustainable trends have been observed globally in recent years, which strongly influence the forms of banking organization. In many cases, fintech companies are joining forces with banks to pursue a new common business, in which customer interaction is mainly through electronic means of communication. Very often it relies on the synergistic effect that leads to an increase in the efficiency of work of each business partner and the work on the common project as a whole. A major component in the digitization of banking services is the mobile or web-based information system through which employees and customers work. Fintech companies place qualitatively new requirements on the managers who manage such business structures. In addition to knowledge and experience in the field of financial instruments, a thorough knowledge of information technology is also required
Application of security technologies in the public websites of banks in Serbia
In this publication, the collected data in the course of a survey are summarized, systemized and analyzed. The survey is conducted in the autumn of 2018 and is focused on the usage of the HTTPS protocol in the public web sites of Serbian banks. The scope of the survey is limited only to the public site of the particular bank and 27 web sites were explored. All of them belong to Serbian banks, which are licensed by the National Bank of Serbia. The HTTPS protocol in the last years is used as the default protocol by many web applications. The study shows that from all 27 Serbian banks licensed by the Serbian National Bank, 81.5% (22 banks) of the surveyed bank's sites are using HTTPS without problems, 11.1% (3 banks) are using HTTPS with some problems and 7,4% (2 banks) are not using HTTPS at all. From banks that are using HTTPS without any problems, the majority - 72.7% (16 banks) use simple Domain Validation (DV), and the rest - 27.2% (6 banks) use Extended Validation (EV) types of certificates. The most popular certification authorities are Thawte with share of 27.2% (6 banks), Go Daddy Secure Certificate Authority and GeoTrust - each with share of 18.1% (4 banks), cPanel Inc. Certification Authority - 13.6% (3 banks), and etc. One bank uses free certificate from Let's Encrypt Authority X3. The validity period varies from 3 months (typically issued from cPanel and Let's Encrypt) to 3 years (typically issued from Go Daddy). Only 7.4% (2 banks) of all Serbian banks are using the latest HTTP/2 protocol
Virtualization and Online Engineering of the Administrative Services in Universities
Virtualization and online engineering of services are emerging as key themes that will profoundly influence society and industry in the near and distant future. This paper focuses on the transformation of administrative services in universities into virtual services through online engineering. This transition presents challenges not only to universities in Bulgaria but also worldwide. Given the significant impact of technology on the daily operations of universities, it is evident that the digital divide is an issue worthy of investigation. Disparities in the adoption of online administrative services can and will lead to inconsistencies in the economic development of universities. This article aims to explore some of the challenges associated with virtualization and online engineering of administrative services in universities and offers insights into how to address them
Strategic and tactical problems in Fintech and e-business companies
The activities of fintech companies depend entirely on information technologies. In the case of a startup company, there are several stages of acquiring and using of information technologies for the needs of the business. In relatively small fintech companies, intuitive decision-making by managers regarding information technologies is in most cases enough for normal functioning of the business. But in relatively large fintech companies with complex organizational structures, it is very likely to emerge the so called "bottlenecks" - in them, the execution of some processes is delayed due to insufficient processing and handling capacity. This publication discusses some problems in fintech and e-business companies concerning the strategic and tactical management levels
Multidisciplinary Study of a Wetland in a Lakeside Lowland Area East of Lake Onega
Wetlands along the eastern and southern shores of Lake Onega are of interest because of their biodiversity, ecological function, and vulnerability to human impact and climate change. This study made a reference transect in the lake-river stretch on the northern bank of the River Andoma, which exhibits a change in natural conditions and an interaction between different ecosystem levels in the lakeside lowland area. Based on the results of the fieldwork, a profile of ground-penetrating radar observations with a total length of 4800 m was completed, supplemented with boreholes and soil sections. The combination of ground-penetrating radar data with field descriptions and the borehole survey produced a section that characterizes the variability of the mire system. The analysis of the section revealed zones differing in biological and ecological conditions caused by the action of several natural factors and contributing to biological diversity. Such reference transects provide a basis for the initial identification of vulnerabilities and for long-term monitoring of the ecological transformation of the region.

Towards all-dielectric metamaterials and nanophotonics
We review a new, rapidly developing field of all-dielectric nanophotonics
which allows to control both magnetic and electric response of structured
matter by engineering the Mie resonances in high-index dielectric
nanoparticles. We discuss optical properties of such dielectric nanoparticles,
methods of their fabrication, and also recent advances in all-dielectric
metadevices including couple-resonator dielectric waveguides, nanoantennas, and
metasurfaces
One approach for analysis of fuzzy linear hybrid automata
The article deals with the stability of a new class of continuous-discrete systems - fuzzy linear hybrid impulse automata. Sufficient conditions of stability are obtained. Stability and stability resistance on the part of variables are proved. The cases of cyclic are described. Research conducted by the method of Lyapunov`s functions
